Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items Personalized or engraved items (such as name necklaces) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
